Hermès Porcelain Set

I chose this Hermès dinner set because I really admire the symmetry in these plates. The red design really drew in my attention and and stands out sharply against the white porcelain. The thinness of the porcelain (on the cup-holding plate) was also stunning. I can imagine how difficult this sort of feat would be since porcelain tends to be quite a finicky medium to work with. Another reason why I chose this set was because even though it is apparent that these pieces go together in a set, the patterns vary from one piece to another. The simplicity and elegance of this dinner set really deserves to be appreciated.
