Modigliani Italian Ceramic Salad Bowl Set

I chose this ceramics set because I found the fishes to be a very creative and unique twist to a traditional salad set. I enjoy yellow being the base color of the fishes and adding different variations to each fish to make them unique. I feel as if the fishes are looking right at you and are sad for being on your dinner table. The one in the bottom left corner especially stands out to me because of its deep black eye. I enjoy looking at the creativity it took to construct usable fish bowls with the tails and fins included. I also find it interesting how the big mother fish is faced in the opposite direction of all the smaller fishes. There seems to be creative detail and messages added beneath your unusual fish bowls.
