For my final project I want to make a large serving bowl. It will be over 12 inches long, with about 5 inches in depth. I've never made a very big piece before, but I've always wanted to see how big of a piece I can make. Besides the scale of the bowl, I want to use the glazing idea from this picture. I like how everything is one glaze, with a strip of a different glaze on top. I'm thinking of making it have a ohata glaze over it with a strip of yanagihara white.

Final Project
