Looking at this piece, which has wax resist, I liked the contrast of colors and how the design looks so sharp and clear. Although I don't think I'll do a design like the one in this picture, I want to use the concept of applying wax and glaze to isolate certain parts to be one color and the rest being another. So for my final project, I would like to do a complex surface development with glaze carving through the use of wax. I plan to use two glazes to keep it simple, but elegant-looking.
